- What areas do you serve?
- All of Hampton Roads, Virginia — Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, Seaford, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Williamsburg and the surrounding areas.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. Mend Renovations is licensed and insured, and we can provide documentation for property management companies that need it on file before a vendor is approved.
- How long have you been in business?
- Three years, owner-operated by Michael Núñez and Daniel Escobar, who are both directly involved in every project.
- How fast do you provide estimates?
- We quote within 24 hours of seeing the scope, and the quote includes a timeline we stand behind.
- How long will my project take?
- It depends on the complexity. Some jobs are done in a single day; a full renovation can run several weeks. Rather than guess, we give you a specific timeline with the quote and hold to it.
- Do you work with apartment communities and property management companies?
- Yes — that is a core part of our business. We handle complete apartment turnovers including painting, cleaning, repairs, trash-outs, pressure washing and minor renovations, so you use one vendor instead of four.
- Can you handle multiple units at once?
- Yes. Tell us the number of units and your target date and we will staff and sequence the work to meet it.
- Do you offer ongoing vendor relationships?
- We prefer them. Most of our property management clients start with one unit and move to a standing schedule for turns, maintenance and seasonal pressure washing.
- Do you paint occupied units and homes?
- Yes. Occupied work gets floor protection, contained work areas and daily cleanup.
- What does an estimate cost?
- Estimates are free. Send us photos or details through the estimate form, or we will walk the property with you.
- How do I request an estimate?
- Fill out the estimate form with your property details and the services you need, or call (757) 992-1580. For multi-unit work, include the number of units.
